Carley Louise Stout

Carley Louise Stout, 66, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at her residence in St. Joseph. Friends may visit from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday, March 23, 2015 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will take place at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, IN. Memorials may be made to Humane Society of Southwest Michigan or the Multiple Scleroses Foundation. She graduated from Horace Mann High School in Gary, IN. Carley married Edwin Stout in Lake Station, IN. She was a homemaker and took great pride in caring for her family. Carley enjoyed gardening, animals, and playing BINGO. Carley is survived by her sons, Damen (Kelly) Stout of Benton Harbor, David (Krystal Rauwerda) Stout of Wyoming, MI, and Dr. Derek (Kim) Stout of Charleston, IL; grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Alexander, Logan and Emma; siblings, Pamela (Terry) Ahearn of Hammond, IN, Cynthia (John) Porter of AL, and James Stahl of Benton Harbor; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Robert Stahl.
