Philip K. Radtke

Philip K. Radtke, D.D.S. passed away August 2, 2014. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Services. Those wishing to sign Philip’s guestbook may do so online at www.starks-menchinger.com. For the past 17 years, Dr. Radtke was a root canal specialist with PKR Endodontics in Michigan City, Indiana. He was a dedicated professional, Diplomat with the American Board of Endodontics, and Northwestern University Dental School Alumni. A veteran, Colonel Radtke served in the United States Army Dental Corp for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Colonel Richard Radtke. He leaves behind his loving family: wife, Lori Radtke; mother, Irene Radtke of Wisconsin; sister Valerie Radtke of Wisconsin; brother Paul Radtke and Donna Hansen of Wisconsin; and many loving nieces and nephews; as well as his beloved “buddies” Chauncey and Chihuly. He was an accomplished fly-fisherman and hunter. He remains in our hearts forever as a gentle, caring soul whom we cannot imagine life without.
