Patti J. Biggs

Patti J. Biggs, 55, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at her home.   Patti was born June 11, 1959 in St. Clair, IL to John Louis &Lena Rivers (Smith) Carter. She was a graduate of Cahokia High School in 1977. She went on to receive her Master’s in Information Security from University of Fairfax with high honors. Patti worked as an Information Security Coordinator at Holland Hospital, and previously for the Defense Logistics Agency. Patti loved to travel and was an accomplished, advanced scuba diver with over 200 dives. Patti was an excellent chef and will be remembered for her innovative creations. Patti could brighten your day with her smile and was fiercely loyal to her friends. She will be greatly missed.   She is survived by her husband Kevin Kramp; brother David Carter; sister Leneda Ditterick and niece Abbey Carter.
