JoAnn's Obituary
JoAnn Dixon, 64, of Stevensville, passed away Friday, October 26, 2012 at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
A service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at North Shore Memory Gardens Chapel, 5027 M-63 North in Coloma. Memorials may be made to the Berrien County Cancer Service. Those wishing to share a memory of JoAnn online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
JoAnn was born June 15, 1948 in Benton Harbor, MI to Frank & Dorothy (Flowers) Zuhl. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1967. JoAnn worked for United Federal Credit Union as a processer. JoAnn was loving, compassionate, and a devout servant of the Lord. In her spare time she enjoyed movies, shopping, and spending time with her family.
JoAnn is survived by her children Michelle (Justin) Andrews of Portage, MI, William Dixon of Stevensville, MI, and Heather Hartzell of Kalamazoo, MI; grandchild Jude Andrews; father Frank Zuhl; brothers David (Cheryl) Zuhl, Steven Zuhl, Phillip Zuhl, and Scott (Shannon) Zuhl; sisters Beverly (Christopher) Dasse and Jeana (Michael) Gilliam. JoAnn was preceded in death by her mother.
