Barbara Jungman

Coloma, MI – Barbara Miriam Jungman, 62, of Coloma, MI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at her beloved “cottage”. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd. – St. Joseph, MI. The visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice at Home. Barbara was born to Dr. Robert and Mildred (Herman) Reitman on May 27, 1948 in Chicago, IL. She married Benjamin “Butch” Jungman on June 27, 1970 in Oak Park, IL. She was a loving and dedicated mother who had a passion for her grandchildren, golfing and reading. Barbara is survived by her husband, Butch and her children, Scott (Gladys) Jungman of Yuma, AZ, Heather (Sean) Dunkle of St. Louis, MO, Gregory (Amanda) Jungman of Muskegon, MI and Justin (Tina) Jungman of Northville, MI. She is also survived by her mother, Mildred, brothers, Dr. Stephen (Bobbie) Reitman of San Diego, CA, Alan Reitman of San Diego, CA and Bruce Reitman of Bowling Green, OH and her grandchildren, Gabe, Maya and Miranda.
