Christine Lee Moyer

Christine L. Moyer, 51, of Dowagiac, MI, beloved daughter, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at The Timbers in Dowagiac. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Clark Chapel and Cremation Services, 405 Center Street, Dowagiac with  Father Kevin Covert of Holy Maternity of Mary Catholic Church in Dowagiac officiating. Christine was born September 28, 1963 in Elkhart, IN to George and Janis (Styve) Moyer. She was a lifelong resident of Indiana and Michigan. Christine loved her family, her caregivers and especially the time she spent on her grandmother’s farm with her sisters in Grass Creek, IN. She shared a special bond with her grandmother and loved to hear her sing to her. Christine is survived by her sister, Debra (Ron) Bueche of Osceola, IN and her nephews Sean and Brett Bueche  and niece Alicia (Nathaniel) Krause. She also leaves behind her step-mother Janet Moyer and sister and brother, Heidi (Andrew) Scupham and children Jill and George and Mark (Emily) Moyer and children Dorothy and Leah. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Babette Moyer.
