Joshua Allen Yahne

Joshua Allen Yahne, age 22, of Dowagiac, died suddenly Thursday, February 12, 2015 as a result of an accident.  A gathering of friends and family will take place Monday, February 16, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Clark Chapel and Cremation Services, 405 Center St., Dowagiac, MI.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o Michelle Stevens. Joshua was born on July 30, 1992 to Charles Yahne and Michelle Stevens in Niles, MI.  He attended Dowagiac High School.  Joshua worked at Maac Properties as a landscaper for two years.  Joshua’s biggest joy was spending time with family and friends. Joshua will be dearly missed by his father Charles Yahne of Niles, mother Michelle (James) Stevens of Dowagiac, father Richard Baker of Dowagiac; brothers and sisters, Charles (Shauna)  Baker, Rikki Baker (Jeffrey Gardner) of Dowagiac, Heather Stevens of Morenci, James Stevens of South Bend, Timothy Stevens of Niles and David Sharpe of Fort Wayne; grandparents, Eloise Lary, Maggie (Lon) Buchele, James (Beverly) Stevens and Dutch (Nancy) Baker.  He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter Lary, Gerald (Nancy) Yahne, and Uncle Wade Lary.
