Rose Yergin

Rose M. Yergin, 72, of Rutherford, TN, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2008, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Michael Mackie of Stevensville. According to the family’s wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home. Those wishing to send a condolence online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com. Rose was born on February 22, 1936, in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, to Andrew and Ann (Dudas) Zahurones. She married William Yergin on July 8, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of St. Mary’s of Apostle Catholic Church in Union City, TN. Rose enjoyed being with her family and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, William; daughters, Dawn (Michael) Mackie, Stevensville, Denise (Jon) Barloga, Portage, IN, Deborah (Sean) Oskvarek, Woodridge, IL; son, Russell (Leslie) Yergin, Rutherford, TN; seven grandchildren; a brother, Elmer Zahurones, Rice Lake, Wisconsin; and by a sister, Shirley (Andrew) Caback, Hawkins, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by a brother, Peter Zahurones.
