Cyril Thomas Fuller, Jr., 68, of St. Joseph, died Monday, December 15, 2003, at the University of Chicago Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 18, 2003, at St. John Catholic Church, 600 Columbus, Benton Harbor, with Father Bill Jacobs, Jr. officiating. Visitation is from 5-8P.M., Wednesday, with Liturgical prayers at 7:30 P.M., at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Benton Harbor. Cyril was born July 27, 1935 in Stigler, Okla., to Cyril and Mary (Willison) Fuller. He was a graduate of Stigler High School. He married Rose Davino on March 2, 1957 in Wichita, KS. Mr. Fuller served in the United States Army and he served the community of Benton Harbor for 32 years as a member of the Police Department. He was a Shuttle driver for Classic Ford since 1993, and was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 100. Mr. Fuller was a family man and enjoyed visiting family and friends and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Rose; 2 children ? Rhonda (Jeff) Minzhgor of Bridgman, and Thomas (Loretta) Fuller of Niles; 5 grandchildren ? Matthew, Amanda, Andrew, Matthew and Kaylee; 2 sisters ? Ann (Larry) Price of Conroe, TX, and Ramona Tye of Wichita, KS; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Frank Sullivan of Sallisaw, Okla., and sister Betty Koschke of Pueblo, Colo.
