Robert's Obituary
Bob's life began on February 21, 1945 in Galesburg, IL, the son of Leroy and Margaret (Cummings) Willsie. He was a mechanical engineer and tool designer for over thirty years and a very meticulous, precise man. He enjoyed fly fishing in Colorado and trap shooting. Bob was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Silver Creek United Methodist Church. He was united in marriage to the former Dixie (Lamastus) Egebrecht in 2004 in Glenwood Springs,CO. His loving family includes his wife Dixie of Sister Lakes, daughters Kimberly (Andre) DuBois of Glenwood Springs, CO, and Betsy (Lonnie) Griener of Oregon, one son Bill (Jenell) Hilderbrand of Glenwood Springs, CO, grandchildren Ashley Hilderbrand of Fort Collins, CO, Toby Montgomery of Kalamazoo, Zach Montgomery of Oregon, and Caine Hilderbrand of Glenwood Springs,CO. Bob passed away on Tuesday July 26, 2011 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. His family will gather with friends on Friday from 12-1 p.m. at Silver Creek United Methodist Church where his funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. led by Pastor Heather McDougall.
