Jennie Hall

Jennie's life began on July 17, 1924 in Wichita Falls, TX, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luther E. McKamie. She was united in marriage to Donald F. Hall on April 2, 1943 in Wichita Falls while Mr. Hall was in the military. Jennie worked as the executive secretary to the Superintendent of Schools in Putnam County West Virginia for many years. She was a former member of the Forest Burdett United Methodist Church in Hurricane, WV. Her loving family includes her children Janet (Lawrence) Rogers of Cassopolis, MI and Donald F. (Elizabeth) Hall, Jr. of West Virginia, grandchildren Kathleen and Meredith (Hall) and Scott and Christopher Rogers, six great grandchildren and two sisters Julia Smyth of Alabama and Dixie Morton of Florida. Jennie passed away on Saturday November 20, 2010 at East Lake Nursing Home in Elkhart, IN. She is preceded in death by her husband, and several brothers and sisters. Her family will gather with friends on Friday November 26th at 1:00 p.m. for a graveside service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, WV.
