James B.'s Obituary
James B. Zink Sr., 70, of South Haven died Friday, June 25 at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in South Haven.
He was born July 4, 1939, in Rosscommon County, Michigan to Alvin L. and Bessie (Malosh) Zink Sr. James served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife Penny L. Zink of 35 years. His children – James B. Zink Jr. of Bangor, Michigan, Carrie Jean F. Owens of Orlando, Florida, Stella L. Doss and Bessie J. Murphy both of Bangor, Michigan, and Ilene M. Zink/Sakal of Orlando, Florida. 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Siblings – Charlotte Sparks, of South Haven, Michigan, Pauline Murphy of Midland, Michigan, Albert R. Zink Sr. of Pullman, Michigan, Margaret Zink and Alvin Zink both of South Haven, Michigan, Patricia Sparks of Bangor, Michigan and Roger Zink of Washington State.
