Eugene's Obituary
Eugene Hillis, 70, of Pullman died Wednesday, March 25 at home.
He was born January 3, 1939 in Huntsville, Alabama to Ernest Eugene and Georgia Rose Hillis. Eugene worked as a truck driver for Wilson Mann Truck Company. He enjoyed Fishing and Gardening.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by his daughter – Cynthia Hillis who died January 25, 2009. Four brothers – Freddy Lee, Nelton, Bobby and Edward Hillis and one sister – Essie Mae Sanderson also precedes him.
He is survived by his wife – Marie “Vicky” Hillis of Pullman, Michigan. Children – Carolyn Marie Ricketts of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Donna G. McKay of Sulligent, Alabama, Charlotte S. Johnson of Bangor, Michigan, Crystal G. Taylor of Princeton, West Virginia. Step-children - Cindy Terry of Columbus, Mississippi, Nicholas Delaney of Chicago, Illinois, Gary Delaney of Hollywood, California. Two brothers – Clyde and Ronald Kay Hillis and Three sisters – Mary Craft, Sarah Ann Hillis and Lela Crag also survive.
