Robert L.'s Obituary
Robert L. Schlaack, 80, of Holland formerly of South Haven died Tuesday, January 20 at Butterworth Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids.
He was born November 24, 1928 in South Haven, Michigan to Charles and Maude (Stephenson) Schlaack. Robert graduated from South Haven High School. Robert married Beverly J. Weber on December 9, 1972 in South Haven. Robert worked as a repair man for Everett Piano for 34 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents- Charles & Maude Schlaack and his grandson – Jesse Knotts in 2000.
He is survived by his wife – Beverly Schlaack of Holland, Michigan. One son – Dale (Pam) French of Coloma, Michigan. Two daughters – Cheryl (Jose) Briseno of Zeeland, Michigan and Peggy Jachim of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 22 from 10 – 12 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Harold Filbrandt officiating.
