Carol Jean's Obituary
Carol Jean Nichols, 75, of South Haven died Tuesday, November 27 at South Haven Community Hospital.
She was born September 16, 1932 in South Haven to Charles and Doris (Black) Covey.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – William James Nichols who died in 1988. Two brothers – Lyle Covey and Bob Covey. Four sisters –
June Wall, Mary Harris, Doris Covey and Delia Holmes.
She is survived by two sons – Chuck Nichols and William (Debra) Nichols both of South Haven. One daughter – Caren Dildine of South Haven. Six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. One brother – AB (Shirley) Covey of South Haven. Two sisters – Adeline Grimes of South Haven and JoAnn Dunn of Kessemme, Florida.
Memorial services will be Friday, November 30 at 3:30 P.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with Rev. Loretta Roberts officiating. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
