Richard A.'s Obituary
Richard A. “Dick” Barnes, 65, of Bravo, Michigan died at South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community on May 24, 2006. He was born February 14, 1941 in Bravo, Michigan to Harold and Josephine (Davis) Barnes. He graduated from Fennville High School in 1959. Dick work in construction and farming for many years. He loved to hunt and fish.
Dick is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his three sons: Bruce (Mindy) Barnes of Wyoming, Michigan, Mark (Sarah) Barnes of South Haven, Michigan and Richard A. Barnes of Holland, Michigan. Two daughters: Tracy (Rusty) Bellenger of Pullman, Michigan and Stacy (Damon) Watts of Fennville, Michigan. Two brothers: Robert Barnes and Mike Barnes both of Fennville, Michigan. Three sisters: Jackie (Gary) Teja of Holland, Michigan, Judy Ferrell of South Haven, Michigan and Patricia McKellips of Fennville, Michigan.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 9:00 P.M. with the Rev. Robert Linstrom officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to South Haven Area Hospice.
