Hurley's Obituary
Hurley Daniel, 82; finished his journey here on January 29, 2013 and is now with his pals and the Lord in their “Happy Hunting Grounds”. He was born October 13, 1930 to Guy and Naomi (Sewell) Daniel in Adamsville, Tennessee, where he spent his early years.
He was employed by Whirlpool for 45 years, retiring in 1995. He enjoyed hunting, fly fishing and traveling with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his 4 brothers: Norman, Buford, Therman and Lewis.
Hurley is survived by his wife the former, Norma Huskey, they were together for 61 years; a brother, Guy Daniel; his children: Ladonna (Daniel) Sell of Lawrence, MI and Norman (Lynn) Daniel of Coloma, MI; six grandchildren: Dustin (Rebekah) Koshar, Holly (Todd) Buss, Jacob Koshar, Heather (Jerame) Smith, Amanda (Jeremy) Pullins, Brooke Daniel and 7 great-grandchildren.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Midway Baptist Church of Watervliet, Michigan or the North Berrien Senior Center, Coloma, Michigan. Arrangements are being handled by Filbrandt Funeral Home of South Haven, Michigan; on-line messages may be sent to: FilbrandtFFH.com.
A time of gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Curtis Community Center, 3906 Kerlikowski Rd., Coloma, MI (Eastof Riverside).
