Michael's Obituary
Michael A. Perry was born May 4 1965. He was born to Izola Perry and Ej Hentz of Chicago Ill. Michael was the youngest of 7 born to Izola Perry. He had three sisters of Tn. Nelean Curtain, Brinette Henning and Annette Carney. Michael also had three brothers of Tn. Major Perry, Milton Perry and JW Perry. Michael graduated high school from Covert where he married his childhood sweetheart Rita Woods. They married and had three children Kayla, Michael II and Jordyn. Michael was an active member of the community where he served as a school board member, football coach, Marine, and retired MDOT worker. Michael will be missed by all.
Wake will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Gospel Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Covert. Funeral services will follow wake at 12:00 PM with Pastor Henry Allen officiating at the church. Michael will be laid to rest at Covert Cemetery.
