Frank's Obituary
Frank "Birddog" Lawson, 57, of South Haven, Michigan, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was born October 31, 1956 to Lloyd Ambrose and Beverly (Goodrich) Lawson in South Haven. On January 18, 1975, he married his wife, Jody Lawson. Frank worked for the Coca-Cola Company in Paw Paw for 27 years, working production, maintenance and safety. Prior to working for Coca-Cola, he worked at Controlled Rubber for 15 years. Frank Loved his Mustang, listening to music and his dogs. He also enjoyed Sci-Fi TV series, his favorite being Star Trek.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
He is survived by his children; Kathy Jo (Robert) Heath of South Haven, MI. Curtis Lawson of South Haven, MI. His grandchildren; Garrett, Lakyius, Jessica, Kayla, Phoenix, Logan, Crystal, Corrin and Tyer. His siblings; Brenda (David) Fall of South Haven, MI. Mona (Robert) Nail of South Haven, MI. Rodney (Linda) Lawson of Keeler, MI.
Visitation will be at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral. Frank will be laid to rest at Stephenson Cemetery in Casco Township, Michigan.
