Lee's Obituary
Lee E. Steward, Jr., affectionately known as Brother, was the second of six children born to Lee E. and Maxine Steward, Sr., on September 19, 1959.
Lee was a person who had profound respect for the Bible. He met and married Angelina (Cindy) Sierra and together they raised two children: Jennifer and Jeremy. Lee was a very caring person. No matter where he was, he was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Lee worked for UPS in Chicago, IL and later for Clarion Technologies when he moved to Michigan in the year 2000.
Lee fought a series of heart related illnesses for many years. Lee passed away on August 8, 2014 at 1:50 PM.
Lee was preceded in death by his sister – Carmela Steward.
Lee leaves to cherish in his memory his loving wife Cindy Steward and children Jennifer and Jeremy along with two grandchildren who held a very special place in his heart (KaTajia and KaTarion). Additionally he is survived by his parents, Lee E. and Maxine Steward, Sr., of Covert, MI; one sister, Carmen (Irving) Kimble, of Crete, IL; three brothers, Phillip (Lisa) Steward, of Zion, IL; Curtis (Roshaun) Steward of Calumet City, IL; Kelly (Nicole) Steward of Covert, MI; brothers-in-law Fernando (Yvonne) Sierra and Orlando Sierra. Lee also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many other relatives and friends.
