Carole's Obituary
Carole J. Moore, 70, of South Haven, MI, passed away to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at her home. She was born April 22, 1944 to Edward and Thelma Shimer Heminger in Miami, OK. During her life, she worked at Bohn Aluminum in South Haven as a secretary. She had an excellent memory and was particularly skilled at remembering phone numbers. Carole's great loves were her animals and her husband.
Carole is preceded in death by her parents, one aunt, and two uncles.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years - Ted Moore of South Haven and her beloved Trixie and her other animals; Children - Jeff Moore of South Haven, MI, Bridgette Gumpert of South Haven, MI, Shayne (Lucy) Moore of South Haven, MI, and Shannon (Kathy) Moore of Bangor, MI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. officiated by Pastor Michael Schmid. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the South Haven Hospice at Home at 05055 Blue Star Highway, South Haven, MI 49090.
