Richard's Obituary
Richard Burlingham, Sr., age 82, of Pullman, Michigan died Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. Richard was born Dec. 9, 1932 in Tracey, Indiana to Daniel and Margarite (Bowers) Burlingham.
Mr. Burlingham worked in the auto repair business and owned Dick's Radiator.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Robert Burlingham, David Burlingham, and son-in-law, Warren VanDenBrink.
He is survived by his wife - Claudia Burlingham of Pullman., six daughters, Diana VanDenBrink of Ganges; Kathy (Charlie) Bielik of Fennville; Sally (Leonard) Brinks of Holland; Linda (Rex) Crawford of Sanford, FL; Betty (Ross) Smith of Gobles; Mary (Lyle) Batey of Allegan; one son Richard (Jennifer) Burlingham, Jr. of South Haven; three brothers, Danny and Dennis of Hartford; Larry of Lawrence, three sisters, Marilyn Sumner of Bangor, Elaine Moore of Grand Junction; Marie Thompson of Holland; 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 25 at 11 A.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home with Pastors Jeff Stephens and Tim McGee officiating. Burial will take place in McDowell Cemetery in Casco Township.
