Patricia Ann Niffenegger

Patricia Ann Niffenegger, 84, of South Haven, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016 at her home under Hospice care. She was born February 15, 1932 to Glenn and Margarette (Hutchins) Collins in Glenn, Michigan. Patricia graduated from South Haven High School in 1950. She married William J. Niffenegger, Jr. on April 17, 1954. Patricia worked at Everett Piano, Whirlpool, Confidential Services, and South Haven Family Physicians. She loved to play cards, especially Canasta. Patricia also enjoyed gardening and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William Niffenegger, Jr., two brothers – Edward and Richard Collins, and sister – Gloria Diamond.

Patricia is survived by her children – Kevin Niffenegger and Kathy (Robert) Tucker both of South Haven, Tina (Gilbert) Watkins of Manistee, and Chris (Lori) Niffenegger of South Haven, and seven grandchildren – Whitney (Vince) Morrison, Jaymeson (Allison) Tucker, Stace Tucker, Virgil Watkins, Sarah Watkins, Jacob Niffenegger, and Lindsey Niffenegger.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at the Hope Reformed Church in South Haven with Pastor Steve Smallegan officiating. Patricia will be laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.
