Randy Hinz

Randy Hinz, 37, of Bloomingdale, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at his home. He was born September 1, 1979 to Kevin and Betty (Henry) Hinz in South Haven. Randy worked at Pullman Industries as a Roll Mill Operator for seven years. He worked for Local 525 Carpenters Union and most recently worked for Millwright Local #1102 of Detroit. Randy enjoyed many hobbies including fishing, mudding, trailing and making knives. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed customizing cars. Randy enjoyed spending time around the bonfire and spending his time with family.

He is preceded in death by his mother – Betty Ann Coleman.

Randy is survived by his wife and children– Krista and Aaron Hinz of Bangor, JT Biggers of South Haven, and Blake and Adrianna Mealer of Bangor, father – Kevin (Ruth) Hinz of South Haven, siblings – Kyle Hinz of Bloomingdale, Shelby Hinz of Kalamazoo, Arlene (Ryan) Vogel of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Janna (Jim) Weeks of South Carolina, Jamie (Nick) Hodges, and Jimmy (Beth) Coleman of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, grandmother – Betty Jane Hinz of South Haven, step father – Jim Coleman of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, nieces, nephews, and two dogs – Tazz and Harley.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the funeral home with Mike Nelson officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Randy’s family at 1076 S. Bailey Avenue, South Haven, Michigan 49090.
