Robert "Bob" Johnson

Robert “Bob” Johnson Sr., 55, of Grand Junction, formerly of South Haven, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born February 7, 1961 to Lloyd and Nelda (Pensinger) Johnson in South Haven. Bob graduated from South Haven High School and worked at Double J Molding as a supervisor for over twenty years before becoming disabled in 2012. Bob was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and mushroom hunting.

Bob is preceded in death along with his parents by his wife – Gina Johnson Wabinimkee.

He is survived by his children – Robert (Krystal Davidson) Johnson, Jr. of Holland and Nathan Johnson of Pullman, Zach Haberland and Vince Hightower of South Haven, siblings – Kevin (Janet) Johnson of Hopkins, Lloyd “Obie” (Diana Yukic) Johnson of Grand Haven, Melissa Middleton of South Haven, and Mark (Wendy) Johnson of Grand Junction, and granddaughter of Alexcia Johnson.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Milan Bittenbender officiating. Bob will be laid to rest at McDowell Cemetery in Casco Township.
