Ryan's Obituary
Ryan Edward Cowgill, 14, of Lawton, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 14, 2002 to Brian Cowgill and Carry (Keen) Avery in Watervliet. Ryan attended Lawton Public Schools where he played football. Ryan enjoyed playing video games in his free time.
He is survived by his parents – Carry (Wayne) Avery of Lawton and Brian (Ashleigh) Cowgill of Havana, Arkansas, siblings – Michael and William Cowgill of Lawton and Nichole Cowgill of Arkansas, grandparents – Danny Lee Keen, Sr., Therina Reynolds, Sherry James, and Edward Cowgill, and great grandparents – Mary Keen and Roberta and Clarence Cowgill. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his dog “Bud” also survive.
Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 12:00 PM with Pastor G. Ben Bowater officiating.
