Timothy's Obituary
Timothy Eugene Decker, 57 of South Haven, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, Michigan. He was born March 7, 1961 to Marvin (Gene) Decker and Tolice Martin Decker in South Haven. Tim met Pam Warren in 4th grade and later fell in love. They married on March 28, 1981 sharing 37 years in marriage. He remained steadfast in his customer service job for over 37 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Tolice Decker and Father-in-law, Mike Warren.
Tim is survived by his wife-Pam Decker of South Haven, Children-Timothy (Natalie) Decker II of South Haven, Jeremy (Valentino) Decker of South Haven, and Camerin (Luis) Decker of Bangor, Father-Gene (Helen) Decker of South Haven, Mother-in law-Elaine Warren of South Haven, Grandchildren-Jada, Taven, Jamisen, Armani, Ariana, Ella, Leo and a granddaughter to arrive in August, Sisters- Theresa Hammond, Belinda (Curt) Cowell, and Lisa (Sean) McFarland all of South Haven, Step Siblings- Jennifer (David) Leard of South Haven and Jeffrey ( Marjorie) Huebner of Chicago, Sister-in-law-Linda Harness of Bangor, Brother in Laws-Tom (Diane) Warren of South Haven, and Bob Warren of Coloma. Twenty-one nieces and nephews and forty-four great nieces and nephews survive. Tim leaves behind “man’s best friend,” his faithful companion, Barny.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, May 4th, 2018 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Haven with longtime friend, Pastor Gary Guthrie officiating.
