Angela Kaye Williams, 60, of Benton Harbor, passed away, Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
A Celebration of Life Homegoing Service will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 1105 E. Main St., Benton Harbor, with Rev. Carlton Lynch officiating. Friends may visit with the Family Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel, St. Joseph. Angela was born May 22, 1964 in Deerfield, Arkansas to Ernest Williams & Alberta Davis. The family moved to Benton Harbor and Angela attended Benton Harbor Area Schools. Angela was known for her housekeeping expertise. She kept house for numerous families in the area. Angela attended Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, and in her free time, enjoyed music and dancing. She cherished the time spent with her family and her many friends.
Angela is survived by her parents-Ernest Williams of Sanford, CA, & Alberta Davis of Flint, MI; her four daughters-Deleisha Williams of Grand Rapids, Danelle (Marshall) Hayes of Buchanan, LeToya Williams of Fayetteville, NC, Apollonia Williams of Benton Harbor; her long-time companion James “J.J".: Sesson; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-sisters & eight step-brothers; her special niece LaPreisha McPike; a host of nieces, nephews & extended family members and a host of special friends. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Daphne Williams, her niece Antquanette Dawkins, her sister Patricia Livingston and her step-father Floyd Davis.
