Beverlee's Obituary
Beverlee Finwall Dwan, born January 7, 1946, passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2026.
Beverlee was born in Southside Chicago, where she was also raised. She spent many cherished summers at Paw Paw Lake, creating lifelong memories with family and friends. A great friend to many, Beverlee was known for her warmth, loyalty, and love of those closest to her.
She was a devoted wife to her husband, John, and a loving mother to her sons, Brian and John. Beverlee was a proud and adoring grandmother to Sam, Katie, Katrina, Mattie, Patrick, and Aidan, who brought her immense joy. She especially loved shopping with her grandchildren and spending time together as a family.
Beverlee enjoyed working at her business, JB Dough, and found peace and happiness boating on Lake Michigan. These moments reflected her love of both hard work and simple pleasures.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Donald; her brothers, Donald and Tommy; and her sister, Bettydel.
A celebration of life will be held this summer at her son Brian’s home. Details will be shared with family and friends.
Beverlee will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her kindness, devotion to family, and the joy she brought into the lives of all who knew her.
