Boone's Obituary
Boone Nathaniel Martin, infant son of Gabriel Martin & Ann Fields of Mentone, Indiana, passed away, Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester, Indiana.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday September 17, 2022 at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St., Dowagiac. Those wishing to sign Boone’s Memory Book online may do so at www.clarkch.com.
Boone was born Saturday, September 3, 2022 in Rochester, Indiana. He gallantly fought for eleven hours to survive, and impacted the lives of the many people surrounding him in that short time. He will live on in the memories of those that knew & loved him and never be forgotten.
Boone is survived by his parents-Gabriel & Ann; his brother Brantly Kreider; grandparents-Jeremy (Carrie) Martin of Hastings, MI, Chasity Martin of Jacksonville, FL, Kathy Fields & Arthure “Red” Fields, both of Mentone, IN; great-grandparents-Diana (Scott) Jurgenson of Dowagiac, Kathy Martin of Coloma, Deborah (Bruce) Delk of Baroda, MI, Randy Moore of Jacksonville, FL; and numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.
