Carol's Obituary
Carol Ann Hosier, 80, of South Haven, passed away in South Haven, Michigan on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Carol was born April 20, 1944 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Alfred and Elinor (Robbins) Krieger. She married Laverne Hosier on July 2, 1960 in St. Joseph, Michigan. They shared 64 years of marriage.
Visitation for Carol will be at the Filbrandt Chapel on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. Memorials may be made in Carol’s memory to South Haven Hospice, 05055 Blue Star Hwy., South Haven, Michigan 49090.
Carol graduated from South Haven High School in 1978. She worked as a Dental Office Assistant and retired in 2006. She was a former member of Eastern Star and the Moose Club. She joined the Garden Club and loved to garden, mushroom hunt, go camping and fishing and watch her butterfly garden. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved being a grandma.
Carol is survived by her children; Vern (Teresa) Hosier, South Haven, Michigan, Don (Cindy) Hosier, Bellfair, Washington and Tamara (Carl) Leadingham, South Haven, Michigan, siblings; John (Janet) Krieger, and Dorothy Chambers, 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents and brother; Timothy Krieger.
