Christian's Obituary
Christian Mascov, 69, of St. Joseph, MI, passed away on Sunday – November 2, 2025, in his home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sommerfeld Chapel – 15 N. Barton St., New Buffalo, MI.
Christian was born on April 24, 1956 in Bucharest, Romania to the late Valentin and Maria Mascov.
Christian is survived by his wife Raluca Mascov; a son Mihail (Alexis) Mascov in Grand Rapids, MI; two grandchildren – Alistar Schomaker and Nicolai Mascov; and a brother Eugen Mascov in Romania.
Services will be held on Saturday – November 8, 11:00am, at the Annunciation and Agia Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church, 18000 Behner Rd., New Buffalo, MI, with Father Paul Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in New Buffalo. A time of visiting with the family precedes the service from 10:00am-11:00am until time of service.
