Dan C. Grays, 58, of South Bend, passed from earth on December 23, 2021, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Mount Calvary Church, 601 Ferry St., Niles. Burial will follow at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens in Niles. Dan C. Grays, was born July 28, 1963, in Dowagiac, MI to D.C. and Ernestine (Doyle) Grays. He graduated from Dowagiac High School in 1981, Dan joined the Military shortly after where he completed Army Training. On April 20, 2011, He married the love of his life, Pamela Stokes-Grays in South Bend, IN. Dan was a quiet man who liked to keep to himself and take care of his family. He enjoyed cooking, especially barbecuing, doing yard work and taking care of his cars.
Family was very important to him, especially his grand-kids who he enjoyed spoiling every chance he got.
Dan is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Grays, their children, Jamisha Tobar, Jamia Stokes and Dan Grays; his grandchildren, Skylar Grays, Chyla Bonds, Camron Grays and Carter Bonds, his sisters, Brenda White and Althea Grays, his nieces Fallon and Amber Royal, and his nephew Derrick.
Dan was preceded in death by both of his parents.
Dan was at peace when he left this earth, he will truly be missed by all of his family and friends.
