Debra's Obituary
Debra Jean Kugle, 66, of Stevensville, MI, passed away at her home on Thursday – June 12, 2025. Arrangements have been entrusted with Starks & Menchinger Chapel – 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI.
Debra was born on Dec. 11, 1958 to the late Michael and Imogene (Trisinger) Chester. She was a graduate of Lakeshore High School. On Aug. 26, 2022 in Niles, MI, she married Vernon George Kugle. Debra loved Harley’s, vacations, and her feline friends – Shadow and Ginger.
Debra is survived by her husband – Vernon; his children – Leah (Zach) Orsillo and Craig Kugle; grandchildren – Heidi and Toby Orsillo; and her mother-in-law – Sue Marie Kugle. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister – Linda and brother – Larry.
A visitation celebrating Debra’s life will take place on Sat. June 21, from 3:00-5:00pm, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel in St. Joseph, MI. Her final resting place will take place at a later date at Spring Run Cemetery.
