Doreen loved her husband Jessie for 41 years of marriage and 44 years of choosing a life partner. Their marriage was the cornerstone of her life and their commitment to God was unmatched. She looked forward to their vacations. Once, when traveling to their 1st Las Vegas trip for their 31st anniversary that they landed in a cool 117 degree weather. Doreen hated the heat, but ended up loving the trip. Her favorite destination was Disney World, which they visited 6 times. Her other passion was to dance with Jessie, remembering their famous Rick James routine. Doreen’s glowing smile and humorous giggle always lightened the air. She was truly pure sunshine, who poured the goodness of God everywhere she went. Doreen was a manager, teacher and walking blessing to all. Doreen will always be known for her ability to passionately listen and give. Blessed for her generosity, we have all been recipients of her unique gifts.
