Judy's Obituary
Judy Marie Simpson, 76, of Three Oaks, MI, passed away on Thursday – January 22, 2026, at West Woods of Bridgman. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sommerfeld Chapel – 15 N. Barton St., New Buffalo, MI.
Judy was born on Dec. 3, 1949 in Handley, WV to the late Donald and Nellie (Black) Baldwin. On July 2, 1968 in Handley, WV she married Danny Simpson; he preceded her in death on July 8, 2018. Judy is survived by her daughters – Melanie (Joseph) Margol of Three Oaks and Hope (Terry) Cox of Browns Summitt, NC; grandchildren whom she dearly loved - Joseph, Liam, Laurel and Danny; and brother – Charles (Tammey) Baldwin of Handley, WV. She is also preceded in death by brothers – Donald and Michael.
A graveside service celebrating Judy’s life will be held on Sat. Feb. 7, 2026 at 11am., at Pine Grove Cemetery in New Buffalo.
Memorial contributions in memory of Judy may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
