Karen's Obituary
Karen K. Koebel, 83, passed away July 15, 2025. She was born November 22, 1941.
Karen was a lifelong resident of Berrien County and graduated from Berrien Springs High School in 1959. She married her high school sweetheart, Bob, in 1963. Together they raised and enjoyed their family; daughter, Becky (James) Stephenson; grandchildren, Danielle Downey, Camille Crabtree, Mallorie Miller, and Lane Martinek. Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, and daughter, Betsy.
Karen loved being a mom and grandma. Her family was her pride and joy.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 12:00 – 2:00pm on Saturday, July 19 at The Heritage Chapel, 8747 US 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49103. Memorial contributions may be made in Karen’s honor to the American Association for Cancer Research.
