Gonna miss you kid. It was a gut punch to hear what happened. So many wonderful memories. My world is a lesser place without you in it.

Dear Jim and family,
When I think of Kathy, I remember our times teaching together and the life experiences we shared. She was a wonderful teacher and sought to increase learning in every student she had the opportunity to teach. A great woman and person, who will be greatly missed.

Kathy and I grew up as neighbors next to Broadway park. As kids we played in the park swam in the pool then a little older we climbed on top the cement entry ways and wrote in our diaries about cute boys. Since she moved back to the area she talked about how much fun going to my grammas farm to pick fruit! The broadway park gang was the best and she was one of the best. As we became caretaker of our parents she was the best. She went to BHHS but she loved being part of the ST. JOHNS GIRLS! She will be greatly missed. Her smile was something you could count on. Rest in peace my friend! Oh ya we always laughed about the night we were dancing and singing to WEST SIDE STORY and stared a fire by hanging a shirt over the light for atmospher! I can still see her fathers face when we tried to deny what happened!
And the night we were camping under sheets on the clothes line and Doug First and Mickey Parce tried to sneak in and my dad Stan, came around the corner and scared the crap out of them! Great memories with a great friend. Too soon too young.

Randy was probably one of them!

I am over whelmed with sadness on Kathleen’s passing. A special sweet lady
that I became quite fond of through the years.
We became friends at Broadway Park in the early years where the whole gang would play till dusk.
Classmates in elementary, middle and BHHS class of 70.
She had a wry sense of humor, a thoughtful and compassionate soul. A good dancer and a fine cook (Eggplant Parma).
Childhood crush, My 1st kiss at Union Park skating rink.
Rest peaceful sweet soul sister in your walk with thee.
