Kenneth's Obituary
Kenneth R. Kuester, 92, of Stevensville, MI formally of Chicago, IL passed away Monday, May 23, 2022. He was born July 8, 1929, the beloved son of Frederick and Laurette Kuester. On June 16, 1951 he married the former Mary J. Dreger who survives.
Surviving him are daughters Susan (Phil) Wendowski, Barb (Carl) Bals, Joan Kuester, and Karen Kuester, grandchildren John (Sara), Bryan (Christa), Melissa (Scott), Kevin (Anna), Jennifer (Michael), and Christian, and great-grandchildren Emily, Olivia, Aiden and Adriel. Also surviving are a brother-in-law Paul, sisters-in-law Margaret and Irene as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.
Preceding him in death are his parents and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., with a Rosary recited at 7:45 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 26, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 220 Church St., St. Joseph. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
