Lisa Lynn Lambrecht, 54, of Sodus, passed away, Friday, April 22, 2022 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Heritage Chapel, 8747 US 31, Berrien Springs. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Sodus. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Southwest Michigan. Lisa was born November 10, 1967 in St. Joseph to James & Judith (Kublick) Lambrecht. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School, Class of 1986. Lisa was employed for twenty-five years for Western & Southern Life Insurance Co. in Benton Harbor and St. Joseph. Most recently she was employed by Pri-Mart at Washington & Hilltop in St. Joseph. Lisa loved to play pool and was a member of several leagues in the area. She was also a member of the VFW Post #1137 Auxiliary of Benton Harbor & enjoyed camping & bowling. Lisa loved all animals, but was especially fond of dogs, and had many as pets over the years.
Lisa is survived by her long-time companion Victor Smith of Sodus; her mother Judith Lambrecht of Benton Harbor; her siblings-Kevin (Pam Lopez) Lambrecht, Dawn (Scott) Boze & Heather (Mark) Phillips, all of Benton Harbor; nieces & nephews-Kylee Seiffert, Johnathan Lineberry, Melissa Fritz, Melanie (fiancée Mickey Crenshaw-Curry) Phillips, Kenneth & Dylan Phillips, Christopher Riley; great niece & nephew-Mercedes Reese & Tyler Fritz; and her canine companions-Harley, Toby & Smokey. Lisa was preceded in death by her father James Lambrecht in 2008 and her sister Louri Lambrecht in 2007.
