What a woman. Margaret was absolutely the best. I met her when I moved to Mount Pleasant, I was lucky to be her neighbor for a year. It was magical, like everything Margaret put her hands on. Margaret was all thinks pink, sparkles, Taylor Swift, and truly the ultimate girls girl. An impact like the one Margaret left is lasting. The loss of such a bright light is felt. Im so thankful to have known Margaret. I knew Margaret as a neighbor, as a very close friend, as the President (of IOPA), as a professor, as a cat enthusiast, but most of all but most of all, I knew her as someone who made people feel seen, supported, and loved exactly as they were. She showed up with warmth, intention, and so much heart. Margaret had a way of making the world feel a little softer and a lot more joyful just by being in it, and that is how she will always be remembered. I feel blessed to have been able to know and love her.

Dear Dan, Peggy and Family, We just read the Journal Era, and I can't stop crying! Our hearts are broken for all of you! Knowing Margaret is with our Lord give us hope and is such a blessing. Yet it does not remove the tears and pain. We pray God's peace upon you as He carries you through this difficult time until you can again smile and laugh at the joy and love you all will carry forever in your hearts.
Hugs from Gerry, Tammy, and Gerrett

Margaret was a spark of enthusiasm. She ignited hope in the heart of her community. We treasure our musical memories of Margaret at Music Naturally, thanking her family for sharing her during that time. We are praying for your comfort now knowing you are surrounded by such a cloud of witnesses.

Margaret was part of the rhythm of our family life, one of the Judge children we watched grow up, neighbors who became dear to us over the years.
Our families shared seasons, laughter, and the quiet joy of raising children side by side. She was deeply loved, and her light will always be remembered. Our hearts are with Dan and Peggy and her siblings, and all who loved her.

I remember when Margaret was born. My family lived down the road from the Judges and I was lucky enough to have bonus siblings, bonus fields to run in and bonus extra money from babysitting. I remember thinking, "ok so I get snacks and get to feel grown up AND these kids are probably more responsible than me..." specifically Margaret would always beat me to her changing area and usually have the job pretty much done unless it needed more assistance :) still to this day, never "babysat" better kids hahaha, never had a Margaret who changed herself! And as her obituary said, I noticed her joy in people, over the years we all grew up but anytime I'd see her, last time being at my father's memorial, her demeanor was a sweet light. Her dad said specifically, "Margaret loves people". Life is a flash in the pan, I think she has left more than a flash <3

I had the privilege of serving with Margaret as an officer with PKT, our college's psychology organization. Margaret was always smiling, down to earth, and filled with the love of Christ. She was a great friend and a big support to me personally and professionally. Her kindess left a mark on my life and I'm so glad to have known her. Praying for her family and friends as we grieve the loss of someone who made the world brighter simply by being in it.

We've been so blessed to know hundreds of young people willing to share their love of the Lord as a summer staff at Five Pines Ministries. But then there are a few that you never forget, because their love for Jesus permeates everything they did. Margaret was one of those people. Thank you, Lord for bringing this special young lady into our lives and we are so sad to see her go.

We were comforted by God’s amazing LOVE, and exceptional GRACE as we read about Margaret’s parents being there with her at the moment of her rest. Thank you Dan and Peggy for being sensitive parents shepherded by our precious Holy Spirit. Abrupt and Sudden events mimic the way our Beloved Savior will return! No one knows the day or hour. Praying the Holy Spirit so fills you both and Margaret’s siblings, spouses and their children that you could celebrate her always. We’re glad our children learned how to love one another in the Lord Jesus Christ as they matured during our BCBC years (2004-2015). Joe and Tama Prahlow

I am so very blessed to have known Margaret and her family. Margaret truly was one of the sweetest, funniest, most down-to-earth people I have known. I pray for peace for everyone that has had the privilege of knowing Margaret. There is comfort in knowing she is with the Lord now, but she will be truly be missed here.
