Mary's Obituary
Mary Rita Bradley, 95, of St. Joseph, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Benton Harbor. She was born October 12, 1926 to Floyd and Margaret (Lucas) Wright at their home in St. Joseph.
The family will receive guests from 5pm until time of rosary service at 7pm, Monday, October 3, 2022 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am, Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 220 Church St., St. Joseph. Burial to follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Stevensville. Memorial contributions may be given to The St. Vincent DePaul Society, www.stjoestjoe.church/st-vincent-de-paul-society.
After staying at home to raise her children, Mary went to work for Sears from 1984 until 2014. She was a simple woman, who was enveloped in the love of her large family. She will be dearly missed.
Mary is survived by her children, Patricia (Robert) Donaldson, James (the late Zona) Bradley, Joan (Dennis) Bakken, Michael (Laura) Bradley, and Leann (Heinz) Zielke; her grandchildren, Theresa (Alex), Timothy (Beth), Thomas (Kay), Sabrina, Seth, Sarah (Nick), Brian (Emily), Heather (Michael), Jeremy, Rene, Nicole (Andrew), Aaron (Denice), Kelley (Kyle), Haley (Andrew), Melissa (John), Michelle (Stefan), Jessica, Mike (Jenny), Nicky (Clay), Raine, Rachel (Cooper), and Leann (Chad); her great grandchildren, Bradley (Elaine), Jacob, Melissa (Nick), David (Genna), Kaylen (Timmy), Kayla (Korey), Addi, Jeremy (Ashlynn), Kristen (Sean), Kara, Jamie (Tim), Peggy, Kara (Marshall), Michelle (Brett), Courtney (Zack), Brandon, Jasmine, Justice, Jakkylen, Destiny, Makayla, Alexander, Easton, Lydia, Lincoln, Nate, Margot, Elise, Aiden, Luke, Cole, Adrianna, Arianna, Mikayla, Jacob, Adilynn, Charlee, Sage, Charlene (Jamie), Michelle (Brent), Erika (Tim), Kay, Kevin, Zoe, Christine, Jack, Emma, Brian, Robert, Ashley (Jared), Katlin, Justin, J (Gina), Nichole (Kohn), Naomi (Derek), Everett, Mia, Quinn, Levi, Emelia and Adrianna; and her great, great grandchildren, Oscar, Maggy, Olivia, Jacob, Lola, Leo, Kooper, Lincoln, Tapanga, Kara, James, Rory, Eden, Zane, Titus, Dyson, Tristan, Treshawn, and Inara, and Kinsley.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bradley; her great grandson, Andrew; and her parents.
