Mike's Obituary
Michael “Mike” James Morgan of Buchanan, MI, passed away on Tuesday October 7th, 2025, at age 51. He was born on December 11th, 1973, to his parents James and Willene Morgan of Buchanan, MI.
Mike grew up in Buchanan, MI, where he attended school and went on to graduate from Buchanan High School in 1992. Also, where he ended up meeting the love of his life Bobbie. He spent his early 20's and 30's working in irrigation and landscaping as a career. He later went on to own and operate his own company. Mike spent his life doing what he loved most, listening to music, going to concerts, hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and raising his two sons. Mike also enjoyed his Friday night poker games with friends and Saturdays in the fall watching Michigan football games either at home or at the big house in Ann Arbor. Mike’s sense of humor was unmatched. He would have everyone around him laughing.
Mike is survived by his loving wife Bobbie Lynn Morgan ( Hollstein), his parents James and Willene Morgan, his sister Melissa Papoi (Adam), his sons Trey Morgan, Payton Morgan (Kassidy), step-sons Darrin Goodrich, Blaine Goodrich, Hunter Goodrich and his step grandchildren Julius, Sabrina, Jordyn and Spencer Goodrich.
A celebration of life will be held on November 9th from 2-4 pm at the old senior center 131 S. Oak Street Buchanan, MI. Please join us in remembrance of Mike.
