Nestor's Obituary
Nestor Valerio, 39, of Lawrence, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 10, 2022 in Kalamazoo. He was born February 26, 1982 in Berrien Springs, MI to Epifanio and Agustina (Rodriguez) Valerio.
The family will receive guests from 5-7pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Newell Chapel, 83313 M-51, Decatur. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:30pm, Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 63559 60th Ave., Hartford. Burial to follow at Lakeside Cemetery, Decatur.
Nestor was an outgoing jokester. His family and friends were often lovingly teased and tormented, much to Nestor's pleasure. But despite his tricks, he was a hard-working, generous and loving partner, father, brother, uncle and friend. Nestor would help you in any way he could. He will be dearly missed.
Nestor is survived by his wife, Narcisa Raquel (Zamora) Valerio; his children, Iris, Nestor Jr., Santos and Agustina Valerio; and his siblings, Martin, Isabel, Lupe, Rosa, Juan, Manuel, Inocencio, Laura, Mina and Carlos Valerio. He is preceded in death by his parents.
