Mark, Scott, Bradley and Family,
My sister Toni and Trice were very good friends from way back, high school or longer, I believe.
We wanted to pass on condolences to your family from the Flood's.
Thinking of you all.

I worked with Patrice at Signal Travel so many years ago, and the memories are of a smiling, sunny, great-to-sit-next-to, co-worker. I'm happy to have known her.

I never knew Patrice in her younger days but saw her daily for the last four years as my mother, Phyllis, had the room next door to her at Woodland Terrace. As family members, we shared the pain that dementia brings to our loved ones. But they are now in heaven with Jesus with whole minds and bodies. Patrice and your dedication to her care have made a lasting impact on me. You are all in my prayers.

"PATrice" and I go way back to about third grade! Having attended a small Catholic school for twelve years together, it was easy to form bonds with the same group of people year after year. It didn't take long before she and I had to be separated on different sides of the classrooms due to excessive talking! We both came from families that had several girls who all knew each other. Patrice quickly became part of my family, and she continued to join many gatherings we had. Even though I married and moved to different parts of the country, we still managed to keep in close contact and talked often. I will always cherish those long walks in the cemetery that surrounded the childhood home, as well as our long walks together on Lake Michigan beaches!
To say that Trice "persevered" is an understatement! She was fiercely loyal and knew what she wanted and would wait forever to make that happen. I was happy that she and Dave were able to spend a few years together before his untimely death. The boys were very young when that happened, so she raised and protected them as best as she could!
I miss her companionship but am happy that her very long battle with dementia is over! Rest Comfortably, Trice!

To both the Dahn and Schroeder Families.
I recall Patrice from high school at LMC and as a sister to my classmate Mark. She was such a kind and smiling upper classmate and it showed as a common trait in the entire family. God rest your soul and may peace come to all of her friends and family as time heals you.

My heart goes out to Patrice’s family after such a long struggle with her disease. I had the honor of working alongside Patrice for many years at Signal Travel and we shared many laughs together over those years.

Patrice, your passion for life will be remembered by us all. You showed your beautiful smile in good times and bad. You have shown us, and especially me, your tremendous courage and strength to live beyond all expectations, even with a terrible, debilitating disease that afflicted you. Your passion for life will be a legacy to us, and most importantly your children, Scott and Bradley. Your willingness to persevere is a triumph over adversity. Thank you Trice for this life lesson gifted to us. And thank you for being a great sister!
You have earned a good life in Heaven.
