Randy's Obituary
Over the years, Randy had many jobs and made more friends than one person should be able to make in a lifetime. Randy always had a joke ready; however, he rarely understood the first time he told the joke. When someone pointed out he could not be understood, he would laugh and repeat it the same way and not think a thing about it. While Randy will be remembered for many things, his compassion for his family and friends will remain at the forefront. He prided himself on being a girl-dad and grandpa. He attended as many of the children’s special events as possible. He was also known for being there to help anyone who asked him for a special favor; he would do his best to make it happen. While Randy was no saint, he was still a good guy. He had an infectious smile that he easily shared with all who met him. Randy Freeman will be sadly missed.
Randy is survived by his five daughters, Brittany (Tyler) First, Brianna Mead, Brandi (Josh) Melton, Brooke (Josh) Wagner, Bridget Freeman; Their mother Rhonda Freeman and his thirteen grandchildren.
He is also survived by his long-time friend, Christina Martin.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Harrison and Betty (Head) Freeman and grandson, Emmett Grant.
A private graveside ceremony will be held at North Shore Memory Garden.
Randy’s daughters ask that you join them in a Celebration of Life for Randy at Moose Lodge, 2180 Union Ave, Benton Harbor, MI, 49022, on Friday, November 7th, at 5:00pm.
