Rhonda Dorothea Allen, 76, of Watervliet, MI, passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Rhonda was born October 5, 1948, in Benton Harbor, MI to Sonnie and Dorothy Allen.
She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1966, then went on to Lake Michigan College, earning her associates degree. After college, she joined the Air Force for four years and held in high regard her time serving in Okinawa, Japan.
