Roberta's Obituary
Roberta Lou Patterson, 67, of South Haven, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the First United Methodist Church in South Haven at 11:00 A.M. A Memorial service will follow at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Stephanie Norton officiating. Those wishing to sign Roberta’s Guest Book online may do so at www.starksfamilyfh.com.
Roberta was born January 22, 1957, in Sturgis, Michigan to Robert Lewis and Virginia (Farrell) Couch. She loved going on walks, visiting light houses. In her free time she enjoyed bowling, darts and attending church at the First United Methodist Church. Roberta worked at Intercare before working at The Golden Brown Bakery and the Shell Station in South Haven. She always cared about others before herself. Her feisty personality and soft smile will be greatly missed.
Roberta, is survived by her daughter; Olivia Patterson, Kalamazoo, MI, Siblings; Debbie (John) Gelvin, Sturgis, MI, Patty (Mike) Romine, Sturgis, MI, Twin brother; Robert (Connie) Couch, Sturgis, MI, Lori Davidsmeyer, Sturgis, MI and Douglas (Trina) Couch, Bristol, IN.
Roberta was preceded in death by her parents.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Filbrandt Chapel of Starks Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 269-637-0333.
