Sandra's Obituary

Sandi completed the Harding family. She was always positive and inspiring to each and everyone she met. Her gift was always believing in others. Present for every family event, her voice and laugh were distinctive and Tiffany wasn’t far behind voicing her opinions.

Sandi added to the family her true loves Steve Beidleman III, Tiffany Jackson, David Harding Jr.(who preceded her in death) and Leslie Harding. She joined the family so completely that she never left our side. Mom was her mom, sisters and brothers were likewise hers in concern, encouragement and attention. Sandi and Mom Harding had a close loving relationship whispering healing back and forth to each other. Sandi had a passion for music promotion. She lived to her last promoting others. Sandi, we love you. In you, music found life. May the music play on. Your Harding family.

Miller Baker of South Carolina grew up with Sandi in Washington D.C. He adds his memories to the picture of Sandi’s life.
“Sandi was a beautiful young lady with a vision of being a model and someday a movie star. In the late 70s, in our hometown of Washington, D.C. Sandi was able to live out her dream as a model. Since her career was taking off, Sandi decided to move to Los Angeles joining the world of other dreamers. Once in Los Angeles, Sandi continued with modeling and even got an opportunity to be on the big screen as an extra in The Blues Brothers movie. Sandi was able to fulfill her dreams through many young upcoming artists that she inspired. Sandi loved life, family, friends, and music. Sandi was in her life as an ambitious visionary.”

Leslie Harding is Sandi's youngest child. She reflects on Sandi's memory with a brief statement.
"My mother, Sandi, was a mentor and a genuine friend to so many. Until her last, she possessed a youthful, hope-filled spirit and she truly believed that anything was possible. She has left a beautiful example of immense warmth, compassion and love for us to follow."
