Steve's Obituary
Steve Bazan, 91, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.
Steve was born January 26, 1934 in Covert, MI to Onufre & Anastasia (Bodnar) Bazan. He graduated from Covert High School and served his country in the United States Army. He met his wife Jean Wilczynski dancing to the Jitterbug and on June 27, 1970, they were married in Chicago, IL. Steve worked for the Cook Nuclear Plant in Electrical Maintenance for many years. Steve was a car enthusiast who loved going to classic car shows. He was also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was an avid fisherman and hunter. Steve had quite a collection of tools and could fix just about anything and was aways willing to lend a hand.
Steve is survived by his wife Jean Bazan; daughters Jennifer Bazan and Stephanie Bazan; and several nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Pete, Anna, Tilly and Olga.
